Nick Allard, Physiotherapist (MPT)
Hi, I’m Nick! I have been practicing physiotherapy in Saskatoon since 2017. In April 2024 I opened my own business, Vigour Physiotherapy, and am excited for you to join in the journey!
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (with great distinction) in 2015 and my Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) in 2017, both at the University of Saskatchewan. Since then, I’ve been passionate about providing high-quality Saskatoon physiotherapy services and continuing to expand my expertise.
I’ve pursued additional certifications in Dry Needling / Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and advanced training in mobility and strength. I’m a certified Functional Range Conditioning movement specialist (FRCms), Functional Range Strength Coach (FRSC), Kinstretch Level 1 Instructor, and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
In my practice, I focus on working one-on-one with clients to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs. Outside the clinic, I enjoy teaching group mobility and CrossFit classes at gyms throughout Saskatoon, helping people of all fitness levels improve their movement and strength.
My approach combines comprehensive assessment, injury and post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and mobility and strength training. I believe in empowering clients through education and giving them the tools they need to take control of their health. Treatments like manual therapy and dry needling/IMS complement this approach, supporting long-term recovery and wellness.
When I’m not at work, you’ll find me running, attending fitness classes, or gardening in the summer. I also love traveling and exploring new places whenever I get the chance.
If you’re looking for Saskatoon physiotherapy to help you move better, feel stronger, or recover from pain or injury, I’d love to help. Book your appointment today, and let’s start your journey to a healthier, more active life.
